Welcome to my portfolio & about me website. I have several years of customer service experience from my current role as a Trade Adviser and New customer proactive assistant. I also have experience in art, social media and graphics design I am always hoping to develop myself further and I enjoy working with all aspects of graphics and design.

I believe that I could bring a lot of experience for most job roles from my previous work as I have worked in a graphic design environment before designing and making signage & in many different environments including retail and in home sales and installations.

Also I’ve worked in a customer facing team, I have excellent communication skills whether it is between myself and my team or speaking to a customer either face to face, on the phone or by writing. I can conform to strict deadlines and work under pressure whilst making sure that I keep a professional and high level quality, teamwork and customer service.

I believe I could improve both my skills and myself. As art and design has always been a big part of my life & something I personally love, it is imperative that the customer always receives excellent care both during their interaction with the company I'm working for and after as this increases customer loyalty and helps the business to grow.
